The Gill WindObserver™ II is a precision industrial anemometer, offering wind speed (0-65m/s) and direction data in a robust stainless-steel construction. WindObserver™ II has an optional de-icing system and carries Lloyd's Register Type Approval.

The Extreme Weather WindObserver™ introduces high heating power to the anemometer head to ensure the sensor's reliability in the most extreme, freezing weather conditions. This industrial anemometer will monitor 0-75m/s wind speeds, ideal for wind turbine applications.

The Intrinsically Safe WindObserver™ is approved to EEx ia IIC T4 Ga for use in hazardous areas. This industrial anemometer will monitor wind speeds of 0-75m/s and is particularly suited to offshore oil platform applications.

The Aviation Standard WindObserver™ has been accepted for service by the FAA Federal Aviation Administration (USA) and the CAA Civil Aviation Authority (UK) for the observation and reporting of surface wind when supplied as part of a suitable Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS).
